A Smarter Choice

GYMKHANA furniture is designed to be durable with a longer lifespan to minimise its environmental footprint throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, select materials such as our teak, aluminium and synthetic fabrics can be reclaimed or recycled at the end of their lifecycle.

Many of the eco-friendly materials we use include FSC-certified teak and low-impact fabrics. Built to withstand even the harshest elements, our high-quality teak furniture is resistant to wear over time, which means it can be enjoyed for years to come.

Fair Working

Our commitments are reflected in our decision to collaborate with partners who are SMETA certified (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit). This guarantees that our outdoor furniture is produced in environments which uphold fair working conditions and labour rights.

Easy Care For Lasting Quality

Proper care and maintenance preserves the appearance, quality, and functionality of your beloved products. Whether it is a fully upholstered outdoor sofa, a teak dining set or a porcelain dining tabletop – with the correct care you can enjoy them for years to come, bringing you a step closer to a sustainable way of living.

GYMKHANA products are crafted using durable, outdoor-ready materials designed to withstand everyday use and the elements. This inherent strength makes them easier to clean, maintain and care for over time. With our handy care guide to help you, you can keep your GYMKHANA products looking as good as new, for longer.

Sustainable Steps

Part of the wider SANIPEX GROUP and operating from the same central headquarters, we take a unified approach to sustainability, both in how we work and how we deliver our products. Across our offices, showrooms, and warehouses, we have adopted many waste-minimising practices that follow the waste management hierarchy. This means prioritising the prevention of waste at the source, followed by reusing materials, then recycling, and finally, disposal.

For instance, we have replaced water bottle dispensers with kitchen filter taps, while all water used in our Slab Fabrication and testing facilities is recycled. To minimise our paper usage, we have integrated digital systems in-house and have stationed paper recycling points across all our offices and showrooms. In addition, paperless transactions help reduce both our company’s and our customers’ carbon footprint. For any electronic waste, we rely on trusted third parties to ensure responsible disposal.

At our warehouses, 96% of our pallets are reused, and all plastic, cardboard, and metal waste is recycled. To lower emissions further, we optimise delivery routes and power our distribution trucks with B5 biodiesel.
